Workout instructions

Uppvärmning 10-15 minuter. Du väljer mellan 15 min PW, 10 min jogg eller t.ex 10 min hopprep. Vila 60-90 s sekunder mellan varje set. Kör sen 6 stycken Tabata, en övning i taget.
