About ashtanga

Min huvudsakliga träning består av Ashtangayoga, men jag är en allätare när det gäller träning, älskar att träna =)

Tränar gärna en del Tennis, Bowling, Golf (Fast jag har inget grönt kort, men kul är det) Gym, Skivstångsgympa, Core, löpning, inlines, cykling osv....
